What to Expect
Travel & Expenses
Professional service investments do not include travel-related expenses. When applicable, clients are responsible for:
- Airfare
- Hotel accommodations
- Ground transportation
- Mileage at the current IRS reimbursement rate
- Parking and tolls
- Meals and incidental expenses based on current federal per diem rates
*IMC does not charge professional fees for travel days.
Scheduling
A signed agreement is required to confirm services. Multi-day engagements may require a deposit to reserve dates. Invoices are payable within thirty (30) days unless otherwise specified.
Cancellations
- 30 or more days before the engagement: No cancellation fee
- 15–29 days before: 25% of contracted services
- 7–14 days before: 50% of contracted services
- Less than 7 days before: 100% of contracted services, unless rescheduled by mutual agreement
