IMC Leaders & Learners Retreat: Registration Terms & Conditions

Good Faith Commitment

IMC commits to always acting in good faith in all dealings and will dedicate its best efforts to find a constructive, mutually agreeable solution that benefits all our constituents in the event of a dispute or unforeseen issue.

These terms and conditions govern the registration, attendance, and cancellation for the IMC Leaders & Learners Retreat.

1. General Registration

All attendees must register individually. Registration includes access to the 80/20 Paradigm Shift programming, all scheduled meals, and retreat materials as outlined in the official event agenda.

2. Payment

Full payment must be received at the time of registration to secure your spot at the retreat. IMC Member discounts must be applied at the time of registration and cannot be retroactively applied.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy outlines the financial terms for canceling a registration:

  • Cancellations Before December 31st: Registrants who cancel their attendance in writing by 11:59 PM EST on December 31st of the current year will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
  • Cancellations After December 31st: Due to the committed nature of our retreat venues and specialized programming, all registrations are non-refundable after December 31st. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this date, or for “no-shows” on the event dates.

4. Registration Transfer Policy

  • Transfer Option: Registrants unable to attend the retreat after the December 31st deadline may transfer their registration to another individual within their organization or network.
  • Procedure: All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to admin@imcmontessori.org no later than seven (7) days prior to the event start date. The new attendee must complete any necessary forms to finalize the transfer.

5. Program Changes

IMC reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the retreat schedule, speakers, or content due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the core content and value of the 80/20 Paradigm Shift.
