Kitty Bravo
Kitty Bravo has been a Montessori Educator for over 40 years, with experience as a teacher, administrator, board member, and teacher educator. She received her AMI Primary Montessori Certification in 1977 at the Montessori Institute of Atlanta and has a BA in Human Development from Eckerd College. Teacher education and consulting has been Kitty’s primary professional focus over the past 20 years specializing in:
Montessori Early Childhood Education.
Montessori Teacher and Leadership
Education including: program development, strategies for presentation of effective online learning, Education Program Leadership Development and Professional Development.

Kathy Leitch
Executive Director IMC & Board Member
Kathy is the Executive Director of the International Montessori Council (IMC) and serves as Vice-Chair of the Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education (MACTE).
A certified Parenting Instructor and Stress Management Facilitator, Kathy holds Montessori credentials (0-3 & 3-6) from the American Montessori Society (AMS).
Kathy has extensive experience as a Montessori Guide, School Leader, Teacher Trainer, International School Consultant, and Speaker.

Martha Carver
Board Chair and Head of School
Martha holds BA in Liberal Studies Endicott College, Early Childhood Certified Montessori Guide. Director of CGMS Leadership Credential. Montessori Entrepreneur.
Montessori education has been Martha’s life work for over 30 years. During that time, she had a focus of obtaining skill sets with children who have exceptionalities, classroom management and retention of students and families; specializing in coaching of leaders and guides in student and family retention, school communities, marketing, coaching leaders, board governance and school leadership structures. She recently retired after 17 years as the Head of School of Rock Prairie Montessori School in Janesville, Wisconsin.

Hillary Drinkell
Hillary has spent close to 40 years in the field of Montessori education, working in early childhood, elementary, administration, accreditation, consulting, coaching and presenting at
various conferences.
Her passion is helping empower educators and school leaders alike to reach their highest potential for ultimate success so that they can best serve the children of our world.
She has a BA majoring in speech & drama and industrial/organizational psychology, an
Elementary 6-12 Montessori diploma, a Montessori early childhood certification, an M.Ed. with an emphasis in Montessori and a plethora of wellbeing certifications.
